APEC Tech for Good Workshop: Advancing Inclusive Digital Futures — Dalian, China (August 2026)

Invited panelist for "From Consensus to Action: How Tech for Good Can Be Implemented Across APEC Economies," a Policy Partnership on Science, Technology and Innovation (PPSTI) side event held at the Dalian International Conference Center on the sidelines of the 3rd APEC Senior Officials' Meeting (SOM3), hosted by the Beijing International Exchange Association. Joined panelists from Singapore, Indonesia, China, and Hong Kong to discuss practical implementation of AI governance frameworks across APEC economies — building directly on the accountability and risk-tiering framework presented at the Shenzhen workshop in July.
